Robotic Process Automation (RPA) can be an incredibly powerful tool in the right hands. Through software platforms known as bots, businesses can take workflow optimization to new heights. Not only can they focus more on innovation and growth, they can also cut down on errors and improve both the customer and employee experience. 

Mind you, this is assuming they're able to leverage those bots effectively. RPA can, for the uninitiated or inexperienced, be incredibly intimidating. And if applied inexpertly, it can create more harm than good.
